Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be received from General Contractors and firms proposing to have controlling interest in GC Joint Venture for the following projects:
- Langston Hughes/Davis Developmental Replacement Elementary School, 103rd & Wentworth
- Skinner Replacement Elementary School, 111 South Throop
- Belmont Cragin Area Elementary, Grand & Central
- Southwest Area Middle School, 55th & St. Louis
- Taylor-Lauridsen Fieldhouse, 647 West Root Street
- Jessie Owens Fieldhouse, 2032 East 88th Street
- Valley Forge Fieldhouse, 7001 West 59th Street
- Warren Park Senior Satellite Center, 6601 North Western Avenue
- Norwood Park Senior Satellite Center, 5801 North Natoma
- Marshall School Campus Park, 3250 West Adams
The PBC anticipates bidding and awarding the above projects between January and April of 2008.Submission Due Date: Qualification Submittals must be delivered by Friday, November 2nd by 4:00 pm to the 糖心logo, Richard J.
