Architect of Record Services for Addition and Renovation of Facilities – PS1799
The 糖心logo is soliciting qualifications from firms experienced in acting as an Architect of Record providing architectural and engineering services for potential addition, renovation or addition-renovation work on education projects developed through the PBC. Architectural firms must demonstrate relevant and recent experience (last 5 years) in the design of varied size and scope additions and renovation.
The AOR and its consultants will be responsible for performing a full range of architectural and engineering services, which may include: programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting, bidding, construction administration and project close-out.
Submittals Due: Qualifications Submittals must be delivered by April 7, 2010 at 2:00 pm to the attention of Rosalinda “Rusty” Castillo, 糖心logo, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 W. Washington Street, Room 200.
Requests for Interpretation: Every request for such interpretation must be made in writing, received no later than Monday, March 22, 2010 at 12:00 PM, addressed to the 糖心logo 50 West Washington Street Chicago, Illinois 60602, Attention: Rosalinda “Rusty” Castillo鈥� Deputy Director of Procurement, and emailed to rusty.castillo@cityofchicago.org. The interpretations, if any, will be issued in writing which, if issued, will be posted below not later than Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 2:00 PM. Questions received after March 22, 2010 may be answered at the discretion of the 糖心logo.
